Materials We Work With

At Asquare Parts Inc., we specialize in custom rubber extrusions using a wide range of high-performance materials designed to meet diverse industrial requirements. Our expert team selects each material based on its durability, flexibility, temperature resistance, chemical compatibility, and cost-efficiency—ensuring the right fit for your specific application.

Below are the key materials we work with:

EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)

EPDM is widely used in rubber extrusion profiles for outdoor and automotive applications due to its excellent resistance to UV rays, ozone, weathering, and extreme temperatures. It’s ideal for seals, gaskets, and weatherstripping.

Key Features:

  • High UV and ozone resistance

  • Excellent water and weatherproof sealing

  • Operating temp: -40°F to 250°F

Silicone Rubber

Known for its outstanding flexibility and heat resistance, silicone rubber is used in medical, food-grade, and high-temperature environments. It maintains its properties in both extreme hot and cold conditions.

Key Features:

  • FDA-grade available

  • Excellent thermal stability

  • Operating temp: -80°F to 450°F

Neoprene (Polychloroprene)

Neoprene offers balanced chemical resistance, weather durability, and moderate oil resistance, making it suitable for industrial and marine applications.

Key Features:

  • Moderate oil and chemical resistance

  • Flame-retardant options available

  • Operating temp: -40°F to 230°F

Natural Rubber

Natural rubber offers excellent elasticity and abrasion resistance. It’s ideal for vibration dampening and shock absorption applications.

Key Features:

  • High tensile strength

  • Good dynamic properties

  • Limited resistance to weather and ozone

Rolls of Rubber_edited.jpg

Examples of fire resistance, certain conductors, or FDA disallowance compounds can be developed custom-tailored as per need along with composition change for exacting requirements that are very specific in nature.
